This advanced symposium will allow you to implement strategies that will improve your technique and practice. In-depth presentations and interactive discussions will focus on pearls to simplify forehead lifts; perform blepharoplasty in the office while minimizing the postoperative lid malposition; improve on high SMAS facelift and neck lift results; fix the asymmetric nose; and add fat grafting to maximize facelift aesthetics. Maxillofacial implants and incorporating CAD/CAM into pre-surgical planning will also be discussed. Experts in the field will discuss how to set up an outpatient center, make local anesthesia virtually painless and maximize maxillofacial reimbursement.

This workshop will allow you to successfully perform inspections of ambulatory surgery facilities according to AAAASF standards. Learn to implement the protocol for inspecting a surgical facility, including: review of facility information and staff credentials prior to the inspection; managing a pre-inspection conference with facility director and staff; evaluating the safety of the general environment; evaluating the safety of the surgical and recovery environment; evaluating charts, policies and procedures, peer review and organizational documents; managing the post inspection exit interview; completion of the inspection report.
