Exhibitor Products and Services

Approximately 300 companies will be available to display their products and services at Plastic Surgery The Meeting at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Halls G-H.

  • Session A and Session B, our largest educational sessions will be conveniently located adjacent to the Exhibit Hall
  • Instructional Courses will be located on Level 2, one level up from the Exhibit Hall
  • The ASPS Resource Center will be located in the Exhibit Hall, in booth 1141

Official Program

The Plastic Surgery The Meeting Official Program includes an exhibitor guide listing exhibitor addresses, phone numbers, product information, 50-word descriptions and booth locations, and will be distributed to all meeting attendees.

Barcode Badges

This new badge will replace all of the individual tickets for course and event entry, as well as, the ExpoCard for information exchange in the exhibit hall. When visiting exhibitors, remember to scan your badge in order to receive future communications and product information.

Complimentary Food and Beverage

The Exhibit Hall is the place to relax and participate in the networking opportunities available to you. Take a break from your busy day and enjoy a cup of coffee or ice cold soft drink during the daily morning and afternoon refreshment breaks. Saturday through Monday, registered attendees are invited to enjoy a complimentary lunch at serving stations in the rear of the Exhibit Hall offering a variety of choices. The 1.5 hour lunch breaks afford ample time to take advantage of Exhibit Hall opportunities. See the above schedule.


Admission to the Exhibit Hall is by badge only. An adult must accompany children under the age of 16.

Cyber Stations for e-Poster Viewing

Visit the Cyber Stations to view the scientific posters online (e-Posters). e-Posters provide an opportunity for in-depth information exchange and are an excellent medium for unusual or multiple clinical case presentations.

All stations will be available for viewing Saturday through Monday during exhibit hours.  You may also view them post-show, via our members-only website.
