Important Dates for Exhibitors

March 30

Application/Contract for exhibit space and 50% deposit due to be included in the Online Space Assignment

 

March 29

Last day to receive 100% refund (less $500 handling fee), if space is cancelled or reduced

 

March 30

Application/Contracts received after this date must be accompanied by full booth payment

 

April

Detailed information on the Online Space Assignment will be sent to companies that have submitted an Application/Contract and deposit payment on or prior to March 30

 

Late June

ASPS Online Exhibitor Service Manual will be available

 

June 29

Last day to receive 50% refund if space is cancelled or reduced

 

July 2

Balance of exhibit space fees due

No refunds issued for cancellation or reduction in exhibit space after this date

 

August 1

Application/Contracts received on or prior to this date will be included in the Official Program

Deadline to submit/update company listing (contact information, product categories and description) online for the Official Program

 

August 24

Suggested deadline to submit pre-registration attendee mailing list request and artwork for approval. The attendee list will be available on or after Monday, September 10.

 

October 25

Exhibitor installation begins at 8:00 am

 

October 26

All exhibits intact by 3:00 pm

 

October 27

Official opening of exhibits at 9:00 am

 

October 29

Official closing of exhibits at 3:00 pm

Dismantle from 3:00 until 8:00 pm

 

October 30

Dismantle 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

All Exhibit material must be removed from Exhibit Halls by 4:30 pm

 

November

Post-meeting attendee registration list available
